High Point Library, 3411 SW Raymond, Tri-State Construction will be closing Sylvan Way for an extended period (June 18 until mid to late September). Come learn about the road closure plan and current and future construction at High Point. Tri-State Construction provides the following information: SW Morgan St./Sylvan Way SW will be closed to through traffic beginning June 18, 2007. Expected completion is by mid to late September 2007. Underground utility mains (sewer, storm, water, gas, electric, Qwest and Comcast) will be installed along and across the SW Morgan St. Sylvan Way SW corridor. This requires a full closure of the street where construction will be happening and limited access to areas east of the construction site. A signed detour route will be implemented and signage will be installed prior to the closure, providing advance notification.
