City of Seattle Council’s Chamber, 2nd floor, Seattle City Hall, 600 Fourth Avenue. This is a Notice of Land Use Code Text Amendment as well. This is the final step in the adoption of Design Guidelines for the Morgan Junction Urban Village, which have been in work since 2004. The draft guidelines are the same ones presented at the January and April 2005 MoCA meetings. They have been on hold while the Neighborhood Business District Strategy legislation moved through City Council. That activity is now completed, so the Morgan Junction Design Guidelines moved back into the process. PUBLIC HEARING The City Council’s Urban Development and Planning Committee will hold a public hearing to take comments on the proposal on June 27, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in the Council’s Chamber, 2nd floor, Seattle City Hall, 600 Fourth Avenue. The entrances to City Hall are located on the west side of 5th Avenue, and the east side of 4th Avenue, between James and Cherry Streets. For those who wish to testify, a sign-up sheet will be available outside the Council Chamber one-half hour before the public hearing. Questions concerning the public hearing may be directed to Councilmember Steinbrueck’s office, by calling 684-8804 or via e-mail at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
