Project No. 3004718 Zone L2 Address 6533 42nd Ave SW Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel into seven unit lots. The construction of townhouses is being reviewed under Project #2409453. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. Project 2409453 will demolish single family residence and construct one 3-unit and one 4-unit townhouse with attached garages. Conditions The following approvals are required: Short Subdivision to create seven unit lots.
